Our History
Meridian Capital Holdings was founded on the belief that renovated properties could be purchased, renovated and sold for a profit even in a down market. In May of 2009 three founders with a passion and interest in real estate, started on a journey to make that happen. Meridian Capital Holdings has repeatedly achieved this goal, all over the Central Florida marketplace. This success has allowed the company to continually expand our services. Meridian Capital Holdings aims to become one of the premier real estate companies in Central Florida, the United States and the world.
Management Team
Currently Meridian Capital Holdings is owned and operated by two of three original founders; Howard Axner and Ryan Courech. It’s third founder Victor Lee has moved on to new ventures, Meridian wishes him good fortune in both business and life.
