Meridian Capital Holdings takes pride in renovating houses from old to new.  Here are some before and after pictures of some of our properties with a little story on the challenges we faced and how we overcame them.  This will be a multi-part series with new properties added all the time.

  • Wild Tamarind Blvd – This was a single family home Meridian Capital Holdings purchased in the Avalon Park community of Orlando, FL.  This property had no kitchen and presented many challenges before the house was completed and sold.

  • Kelsey Ave – A great house in Alafaya Woods, Oviedo FL.  This home needed a new roof, updated kitchen, and renovated master bathroom.

  • Howard Blvd – A house located near Lake Mary High School with one the best outdoor entertaining areas for the money.  NO HOA, great neighbors, and some much needed updates and fixes.

  • Ridgewood St – It all started here, a simple house with 3 beds, 2 baths and a kitchen and baths that had not been updated since the house was built (in 1971).
